Lifeline Chiropractic is a provider of comprehensive and gentle healthcare designed to correct the underlying cause or causes of health problems, not to simply cover up the pain.

Treating the cause of simple health problems such as neck pain, abdominal bloating, headaches, and back pain is not always simple. That is why joint pain and other common health problems are only covered up with medication instead of being fully understood.

A thorough evaluation begins with understanding a patient's health history, conducting an in-depth review of symptoms, reviewing laboratory findings when appropriate, and performing appropriate examinations.

Healthy longevity is another area of focus at Lifeline. It involves attention to hydration, posture, rest, body use, thought awareness, and careful consideration of possible nutrient or hormone deficiencies when clinically appropriate.

What makes the experience different?

Dr. Penniston uses knowledge and techniques from chiropractic, medicine, applied kinesiology, nutrition, physical therapy, cranial sacral therapy, and other sources to care for a wide range of health conditions.

Of course, Dr. Penniston cannot effectively treat every problem. If he feels he cannot best serve your needs, he will do his best to refer you to someone who can.

Meet the Doctor

Dr. Gregory K. Penniston, D.C.

Dr. Penniston has spent more than four decades helping Tucson patients understand why pain keeps returning and what can be done to support long-term relief. He graduated magna cum laude from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 1980, began practice in 1982, and opened Lifeline Chiropractic in Tucson in 1983. He brings a calm, experienced, and practical approach to care. His goal is not to rush patients through a one-size-fits-all adjustment, but to understand the bigger picture: posture, muscle balance, joint alignment, nutrition, lifestyle, stress, hydration, sleep, and body mechanics. Outside the office, Dr. Penniston has long valued movement and healthy living, including cycling, hiking, trail running, and snowboarding. That personal commitment to health is reflected in the way Lifeline Chiropractic approaches patient care: natural methods, thoughtful evaluation, and long-term maintenance whenever possible.

Brandi Lester, Office Manager · Certified Chiropractic Assistant Brandi grew up in Oceana, a small town in southern West Virginia. She graduated valedictorian from Oceana High School and started working at a pharmacy while she was still in school, where she discovered how much she enjoyed working with people. Her career has included retail, hospitals, and in-and-out office pharmacies. She has worked as a lead technician, regular technician, pharmacy manager, and pharmacy regional manager, giving her extensive knowledge of insurance programs and patient support. At Lifeline, Brandi works diligently to help patients with scheduling, paperwork, insurance information, and the everyday questions that come up before and during care. She strives to make every patient feel like an individual and like family when they come to Lifeline. Outside the office, Brandi enjoys being at home with her sphynx, Onna, watching movies, listening to podcasts and YouTube, and makeup is one of her passions.
